Our new funding platform
Our new user-optimised funding platform is now available! You can use it to submit applications and access all important information and documents related to our funding initiatives.
We are delighted to present our new funding platform! Over the past few months, we have been working hard to provide you with a modern, user-friendly and future-proof portal that offers our entire funding management in one system. The funding platform is now available online at https://portal.volkswagenstiftung.de/en.
Register now!
You can access our funding platform directly here and register to submit applications in open calls. Applicants and grantees who were already registered in the previous portal must also register. Your funding team will provide you with access to existing documents at a later date.
New reporting practice
We are changing our reporting practices: Please do not submit any unsolicited reports until further notice. Beginning in the second quarter of 2025, our funding team will personally inform you when your next report can be submitted.
What does the new funding platform offer?
- A clear and user-friendly application process in which you can submit applications and project outlines, including cost plans and application documents.
- Thanks to the new platform, optimised internal foundation processes ensure more efficient workflows.
- In the future: improved communication with the foundation via the platform as well as the option to process calls for funds and proof of use digitally.
- User-friendly, new platform for reviewers.
