Objective

Most affected by the crisis in Europe with an offer of help to enable them carry on actively researching under the considerably worsened circumstances. In doing so, the Foundation hopes to make a small contribution towards maintaining the diversity of research cultures in Europe.

At a meeting of the Board of Trustees on July 5th, 2013 the Board of Trustees passed a resolution authorizing the Foundation Office to create the possibility for grant recipients to submit additional applications over the next three years. These grant recipients will have the opportunity to apply for up to EUR 50,000 additional funding to support cooperation partners in EU states particularly hard hit by the financial crisis.
